"Jus snagged a pair bc wifey said I need sum other than black in my wardrobe and let me tell u…these pants are so durable and made of a really thick canvas. I wanted to paint them, paint them black. They fit a smidgeon over true-to-size, in other words perfect for my tall skinny bean pole lookin head ahh. If u truly want sum different these are it, fresh they’re bamb - but can’t wait to see what they’ll look like broken in. "I liked the attention to detail and quality stitching. The heavy canvas material caused me a little anxiety but, all stitching was tight and without runners. Pockets were flat and well joined. I bought these because I used to buy Carhartt’s five pocket canvas work jeans. I loved those until they started to make them exclusively with flex fabric. They instantly became 40% less durable. The five pocket design was preferable because it could be dressed up and still maintain its rugged durability. These work the same. They are substantial right out of the bag. I have read some reviews complaining or making fun of the price, design or whatever. These trousers are not made for “mud wallowing”. They are made for the man in charge or the one that plans to be. If you’re not sure, maybe just buy one pair for those days when you feel like a boss. A warning though, they are stiff. The best way to fix that is with a nice, long, sweaty work day followed by a good laundering."
Best Build Quality Pants I Ever Bought
"I am in shock. Being borderline ancient I have purchased a lot of pants. Including high dollar business suits and work pants for jobs from mechanic to ironworker. I try to buy American made whenever possible, but we all know sometimes that is difficult to impossible. I have been getting work pants from a couple of other American made shops over the last 10 years, but just recently discovered Rustic Dime. I ordered the Canvas Workwear Chinos because they indicated a heavier fabric and i am very hard on my pants. I was shocked. The fabric is tough as nails, heavy, and beautifully woven, yet comfortable after a couple of washes. That was awesome, but what amazed me was the attention to detail and the construction of the pants. The stitching is better than on any other pair of pants I have owned - except maybe it is equal to the most expensive business suit I have had. However, it is not just the stitching which is beautifully done, very sturdy and robust, but elegant. It is all of the little touches such as the finish of the back pockets and the very nicely finished zipper and the inside pants lining. I don't think Rustic Dime does justice to their pants in their own marketing. And all of this at a price which is really ridiculous being American made and the quality. So get yourself a pair or ten. You will not regret it."

"I just bought these trousers and started wearing them right away. I wore them for 8 days straight, then washed in cold water and hung to dry, and they're even more comfy than I imagined. Stiff at first, that stiffness went away pretty quickly and now I can't wait to put them on in the morning. After a return and exchange with great communication, I am super happy with Rustic Dime, and I'm already planning my next purchase: Denim! Let's goooooo"
